Our Bedrooms
All of our bedrooms are elegant and homely with top-notch amenities. Whichever you choose will be a dreamy escape in the heart of Hampshire, but if you have specific preferences, you might want to choose one of the following room types:

Our ground-floor rooms feature wooden flooring and offer a bath with shower and a private terrace with a bistro set that can be accessed through French doors. Our first-floor rooms are carpeted and feature double showers. All of our beds have super king or single mattresses and toppers, giving you the most comfortable night's sleep.
Dog-Friendly
When you bring your dog to sleep over at The Duke, they are guaranteed a warm welcome. We have some VIPooch features in place to make sure they have a comfortable stay. Our designated dog-friendly bedrooms have wooden flooring for convenience and a bed just for your pup so that they will feel right at home. There are lots of fantastic local walks (big and small!) around The Duke so that they can stretch their legs.

The Duke on the Test hotel rooms, as well as the public house refurbishment & extension were part funded by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development to encourage tourism in the Test Valley area.

Situated in Nursling, Hampshire, The Four Horseshoes is uniquely attached to an old working Forge. Enjoy a refreshing drink, lunch or a delicious three course meal with friends.
