Our Bulgarian Head Chef, Vinnie, has crafted a menu inspired by the dishes he grew up with – warm, hearty, and full of character.
Expect favourites such as Kavarma, a slow‑cooked stew of tender meat and vegetables, and for dessert lovers, the indulgent Garash Cake, a chocolate‑forward classic that’s as elegant as it is delicious.
