We are delighted to unveil our new Spring/Summer menu, filled with fresh dishes bursting with vibrant flavours and the very best seasonal ingredients.
A first look at some of the dishes you can expect this season…
A vibrant and flavour-packed start to any meal, our Whipped Greek Feta is beautifully light and creamy, balanced with the brightness of Lemon and the richness of Roasted Garlic and Herbs. Finished with Dukkha and Sundried Tomatoes and served with Flatbread, it’s a perfect dish for sharing or enjoying as a fresh spring appetiser.
Bold and deeply satisfying, our Muhammara Dip combines Roasted Red Peppers with Toasted Walnuts and a touch of Pomegranate Molasses for a subtle sweetness and gentle spice. Served with Pita, this Middle Eastern-inspired dish offers a rich and comforting introduction to the menu.
Celebrating one of spring’s finest ingredients, our Grilled Asparagus dish highlights the delicate sweetness and unmistakable character of Asparagus at its peak. Paired with a perfectly Poached Hen’s Egg, Peas, Pickled Shimeji Mushroom and Wild Garlic Aioli, all served on Toasted Sourdough, it’s a beautifully balanced and seasonal plate.
Our Chicken Supreme is a comforting yet refined dish, combining tender Chicken with Tri-Coloured Gnocchi, Sundried Tomatoes and Spinach. Finished with a Creamy Parmesan Sauce, Wild Garlic Pesto and a crispy Bacon Crumb, it’s rich in flavour while still feeling perfectly suited to the season.
Our Chicken Burger will remain a firm favourite, offering a perfectly cooked, juicy Chicken fillet served in a soft bun with carefully selected accompaniments. It’s a classic done well, ideal for a relaxed lunch or casual dinner at The Duke.
Celebrating one of spring’s finest ingredients, our Asparagus and Gnocchi Dish brings out the delicate sweetness and unmistakable character of asparagus at its peak. Paired with Peas, Spinach, Tempura Tenderstem Broccoli and Parmesan, it’s a true taste of the season.
Light, fresh and full of flavour, our Mango, Passionfruit and Mint Pavlova is the perfect way to finish your meal. Crisp on the outside and soft within, it’s topped with vibrant tropical fruits and a hint of Mint, all complemented by a smooth White Rum Cream.
Our Lemon Posset is a refreshing and elegant dessert, combining a silky citrus base with a sharp Raspberry Coulis and a sweet Grenadine Poached Rhubarb Compote. Served with Homemade Shortbread, it’s a beautifully balanced end to your dining experience.
