New Cocktail Menu at The Duke on the Test – Perfect for Summer Sipping🍸
Summer sipping has arrived at The Duke on the Test with the launch of our brand-new Duke’s Signature Cocktail Menu. Packed with timeless classics, refreshing spritzes and indulgent favourites, our new menu has been carefully curated for relaxed afternoons, warm evenings and drinks enjoyed on the terrace.
Our new menu celebrates the classics done properly. Expect favourites such as the ever-popular Espresso Martini, made with vanilla vodka, freshly brewed espresso and coffee liqueur for a smooth and indulgent finish. For something crisp and refreshing, our Mojito combines white rum, fresh mint and lime for the perfect summer serve.
If you prefer something bright and citrus-led, our Margarita offers the perfect balance of sharp and smooth, while the Cosmopolitan remains a stylish classic packed with cranberry and lime flavours. Guests looking for something rich and aromatic can enjoy the timeless Negroni, stirred with gin, vermouth and bitter aperitif.
Summer wouldn’t be complete without a spritz in hand, and our new menu includes refreshing favourites such as the Aperol Spritz and Hugo Spritz. Light, bubbly and perfect for warmer weather, they’re ideal for long afternoons on the terrace. We’re also pleased to offer a range of 0% mocktails, including our 0% Classic Bramble and 0% Nozeco Hugo Spritz, ensuring there’s something refreshing for everyone to enjoy.
Alongside our classic cocktail selection, we’ll also continue serving our rotating Duke’s Signature Cocktails throughout the summer season. These weekly creations allow our team to showcase fresh seasonal flavours and exciting combinations, with favourites including The Duke’s Elderflower Collins, Pink Rosé Sangria and Blood Orange Margarita.
Whether you’re stopping by after a riverside walk, meeting friends for evening drinks or enjoying dinner in the sunshine, our new cocktail menu is designed for relaxed summer moments at The Duke on the Test.
