We are delighted to introduce Aaron, our new Sous Chef, to the team. Having honed his craft in Rosette-awarded kitchens at The Esseborne and The Fish Hotel, Aaron brings a passion for flavour and flair to our menu, and he’s already been busy adding his own touches to the kitchen.
Aaron's personal favourite dish here at The Duke is our Porchetta Pork Tenderloin, shown in the image.

Porchetta Pork Tenderloin, served with Dauphinoise Potatoes, a Pork Ragu Stuffed Onion, Baked Apple Purée and Tenderstem Broccoli topped with a Dijon and Wholegrain Mustard Sauce.
